The provision of HR/ER advice and guidance

Post Office Ltd requires the provision of access to Human Resources Advice and guidance, an on-line advisory service hosted on behalf of Post Office Ltd which shall be accessible by managers and employees via Post Office Ltds’ intranet.

The service should include:

The provision of a telephone advice line and related case/call management services to users of Advice and Guidance.
The provision of manager only access to case viewer; secure online document and case note storage.
The provision of a Policy Website providing on line guidance and hosting model template letters and documents for line managers to use to progress ER cases to conclusion using Post Office principles.
The provision of Management Information detailing the status of ER cases.
A dedicated URL and telephone number for POL which shall be transferred into the name and ownership of Post Office on request and in any event on the expiry or termination of the contract:

Trial Reports.
Abandonment of service.
Short term absence.
Long term absence.
Occupational health referrals.
Conduct.
Improving Performance of Managers.
Managing Underperformance of Colleagues.
Grievance.
Stop Bullying & Harassment.
Speak Up.
Adoption leave.
Annual leave.
Special Leave.
Maternity Leave.
Parental Leave.
Paternity Leave.
Career Break.
Flexible Working.
Remote Working.

The contract will have an initial term of 3 years. Post Office Ltd reserves’ the right to extend the contract on one or more occasions up to a maximum term of 5 years.

Range: between 1 000 000 and 2 500 000 GBP
