Requirements The principal elements of service are outlined below:

  • The supply of services will be required in Liverpool City Region which includes, Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens, Halton and Wirral
  • The current activity levels may vary over time and the Contract must be sufficiently flexible to allow for such changes.
  • The following specification is comprehensive but not exhaustive; omission does not imply the service is excluded from the contract.
  • The tenderer must show a commitment to the continuing development of any supplier/purchaser relationship formed as a result of this tender process, and must demonstrate knowledge of, and pro-active approach to, the needs of the Consortia.
