Shaw Trust – Call for Partners: European Social Fund 2014-2020

Shaw Trust is interested in submitting bids commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 programme.

These opportunities, which will be published soon, will focus on regional needs and local priorities which have been identified by a range of stakeholders including the Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) in each region.

Shaw Trust wish to grow our diverse network of delivery partners who can also add value to our existing supply chain.   We are currently developing delivery models and invite new partners to express an interest in working with us.   We are keen to engage with experienced local partners who have the capacity to provide innovative and effective solutions that address employability, skills/training development, health conditions (physical, mental), and enterprise opportunities to help support the hardest to reach tackle the barriers they face with their progression towards social inclusion employment and independence.

As one of the leading not for profit providers of welfare to work, Shaw Trust understands the importance of working with a diverse network of suppliers from the Private, Public and Voluntary sector to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.   We are fully committed to working with local organisations who can deliver a high quality and responsive service to customers, local employers, stakeholders and communities.

Shaw Trust is interested in submitting tenders as a Prime Contractor for the South East LEP (Essex, Kent and East Sussex) and the Stoke and Staffordshire LEP, both opportunities are expected to be published imminently.

Shaw Trust will consider all other DWP/ESF LEP opportunities across the UK.  It is expected that DWP will publish opportunities in a phased approach over the coming months.  As soon as these opportunities are published, we anticipate requiring additional information to reflect the specification requirements, localised needs and address the priorities for each LEP area.
