SFA update – Apprenticeship Readiness Self-Assessment tool
To assist new providers of Apprenticeships prepare for the introduction of the reformed apprenticeship system introduced in May 2017, the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) has developed an Apprenticeship Readiness Self-Assessment tool which we are asking all new providers to complete by 7th July 2017.
The purpose of this readiness self-assessment tool is to enable new providers to assess their progress towards implementing the systems and infrastructure required to be ready to deliver high quality apprenticeships. We will use the results to assess new providers readiness and identify further support that the sector needs to respond effectively to employer requests for apprenticeship training,
Please assess your organisation’s readiness against each of the questions in the attached Apprenticeship Readiness Self-Assessment tool using the Scale of Readiness and the optional comments fields to add any relevant narrative. Please complete every question to ensure we have a full response.
Once completed, please save the document using the naming convention: ProviderName_UKPRN_Self-
