Micro Business Training Project – London Borough of Hounslow

The Authority has secured grant funding through New Homes Bonus Top slice matched by the Council’s Adult and Community Learning (SFA) funding and wish to appoint a suitably qualified individual or organisation to deliver a programme of business support training to micro businesses (10 employees) in the London Borough of Hounslow.

The training will equip micro business owner/managers with the skills to further their business goals. The training may be multi-faceted to focus on the operational areas of managing a small business (eg. sales; marketing, finance, people) or aspects of personal development (eg. leadership, time-management). 20 hrs of training to 240 micro businesses can take the form of one-to-many, one-to-few or one-to-one sessions and be varied in delivery to encompass online learning, webinars and assignments. Applicants are requested to detail a training plan, including delivery method, with rationale for its elements.
