We require an experienced and qualified Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to work with us on an independent basis to quality assure and verify our apprenticeship and employability programmes.
As a minimum, we require you to have the following:
• IQA qualification
• Assessors qualification
• Teaching qualification
• Suitable experience in the training sector as trainer, assessor and IQA
• Rounded experience of working in the housing sector
• Own transport

The qualifications you will be quality assuring are:
• Housing and Property Management apprenticeship standards Level 2, 3 and 4
• CIH qualifications Level 2, 3 and 4
• Skills for Employment, Training and Personal Development (SETPD) and / or other employability qualifications
• Functional Skills English, Maths and ICT up to Level 2
• Certificate in Education and Training at Levels 3, 4 and 5
• Awards and Certificates in Assessment and Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment qualifications at levels 3 and 3

The activities that you will undertake:
• Developing the sampling strategy for our training provision
• Writing sampling plans for our tutors and learners in line with agreed sampling strategy
• Carrying out formative and summative sampling of learner work via ePortfolio
• Writing and submitting IQA reports on the sampling conducted using ePortfolio
• Carrying out observations of teaching, learning and assessment on dates to be agreed, planned and scheduled in line with our policy
• Leading standardisation meetings on a quarterly basis
• Available for any Ofsted inspection or EQA visit as and when needed
