Independent Domestic Violence Advocacy (IDVA) Service

The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations in delivering provision of an Independent Domestic Violence Advocacy (IDVA) Service, to operate within the borough incorporating two (2) full-time IDVAs. The main priority of the service is to work with high-risk victims referred to the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), as well as providing a service to victims at other risk levels.

The service must prioritise victim safety and promote recovery in accordance with best practice and national guidance. The contract will initially be for a period of two (2) years commencing on the 3rd of July 2017 with an option to extend for a further three (3) years in twelve (12) monthly intervals.

There is a maximum budget of £81,000 per annum available. London Borough of Sutton is of the opinion that TUPE arrangements will apply to this contract.
