Historic England Mentoring and Training Support
We are engaged in a project to review our Operations across Historic England, principally focussed on our facilities management, business processes, and customer service. This review seeks to improve the consistency of our practices, ensure a consistent customer experience, improve our performance and its reporting, and to better support the professional development of those in operations roles. We are also seeking to identify savings that will help us meet planned spending reductions.
