Grants for Projects that Support Older People (Northern Ireland)

The Trust House Charitable Foundation has launched a one-off grant for projects supporting older people. Grants of £1,000 to £12,000 are available in 2017 to projects supporting older people who are located in areas of socio-economic deprivation in Northern Ireland.

Priority will be given to projects helping people with dementia, but applications are welcomed from all projects that will improve the quality of life and wellbeing of older people, including addressing issues of loneliness and isolation. Registered charities; not-for-profit organisations; social enterprises and voluntary organisations with a written constitution can apply. Applicants must have been in existence long enough to be able to provide annual accounts and have a total annual income under £500,000, as well as a demonstrable track record in working successfully with older people.

The deadline for applications is 31st March 2017.
