Later this year we will see the single biggest change in legislation affecting an organisation’s ability to communicate with individuals, when the much publicised General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes in to effect on 25th May.

Like many other organisations, The Institute of Customer Service has been exploring the impact of the new regulation on the way we communicate with you.
