Funding to Support Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (London)
A new call for proposals has been issued for projects that enhance the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the London Economic Partnership area.
A total of £6 million is available for projects that:
• Promote entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and fostering the creation of new firms, including through business incubators
• Support the creation and the extension of advanced capacities for products, services and development
• Supporting the capacity of small and medium sized enterprises to grow in regional, national and international markets and to engage in innovation processes.
The minimum grant that can be applied for is £500,000 and the maximum contribution rate is 50% of the total eligible project costs subject to State Aid regulations.
The closing date for applications is the 19th February 2016.
