Visit Hull and East Yorkshire are looking to procure a training provider for a period of 26 months, to create and deliver a customer care focused training programme of up to 36 full day sessions (for up to 30 delegates per session), the courses will run from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2018. The training will form part of Hull’s build up and legacy as the UK City of Culture 2017. The contract will operate between 1st February 2016 and 31st March 2018, the provider will be expected to create or adapt a bespoke customer care course within the first two months of the contract, with the intention of running the first course April 2016. The bespoke course will be offered to customer-facing staff mainly working in tourism businesses across Hull & East Yorkshire as well as volunteers of Hull 2017. Sessions will be located across Hull and East Yorkshire with a schedule being agreed with the commissioned provider following the tender process.
