Funding for Projects Providing Support to People Over 65 (Kent)

The Kent Community Foundation has announced that funding is now available from the Partiger Trust fund to not for profit organisations who are providing support to people over 65 years of age and who are living in Kent.

The fund will support projects that will:

  • Improve health and wellbeing
  • Improve access to facilities, provide advice and training
  • Overcome problems.

The fund will focus on providing grants to smaller, grassroots groups (as opposed to larger organisations), would like to be active in areas of greatest need in Kent and will prioritise underrepresented BAME and LGBT groups where possible. Grants will generally be up to a maximum of £5,000 but requests for grants of up to £10,000 will be considered for larger projects that deliver greater impact.

The closing date for applications is the 14th July 2017.
