Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Post-16 Education, Training and Learning Services
Stockton Borough Council
Stockton Borough Council’s Tees Achieve provides a range of learning and skills opportunities including apprenticeships, traineeships and study programmes for young people, classroom based learning for adults aged 19+ and community learning. Tees Achieve were inspected in June 2014 and achieved Grade 2 overall with Grade 1 for Community Learning.

Stockton Borough Council are looking to commission some of their government funded provision via a Dynamic Purchasing system (DPS). This will allow the Council to fill gaps in provision, address skills needs, drive up quality and ensure that high quality learning providers not currently engaged in post-16 education, learning and training activity have an opportunity to receive contracts.

The Council are now seeking Indicative Tenders from organisations wishing to apply to be included on the DPS to deliver the following government funded education, learning and training programmes:

• Lot 1 – 16-18 and 19-24 Apprenticeships
• Lot 2 – 16-18 and 19-24 Traineeships
• Lot 3 – Adult Skills Budget

To be included on the DPS and in order to take part in Further Competitions, Learning Providers must complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire.
