Customer Experience Training Programme.

Anglian Water Services

Anglian Water is looking to partner with a leading customer experience training organisation. Our aim is to leverage their skills and knowledge and develop our people to address the cultural and behavioural changes we wish to implement with regard to customer experience. The successful organisation will design and deliver the Customer Experience Training Programme.
Funding has been granted for two years and if the programme is successful it will be rolled out further.

Estimated value excluding VAT
Range: between 400 000 and 800 000 GBP
