CIPD Free webinar: Preparing for the Government’s new post-Brexit immigration policy

 In news, updates

When the UK’s immigration system is overhauled in 2021, European citizens will need permission to work in the UK. It means that employees in lower skilled or lower paid jobs could be limited to one or two years’ work, and it’ll take longer and cost more for higher skilled workers to secure a work permission. Conversely, the system will be easier for non-Europeans than it is at the moment.

Join our free webinar on 18 September or 19 September10.00-11.00,  with Ian Robinson, Immigration Lawyer at Fragomen, and Gerwyn Davies, Public Policy Advisor at the CIPD, and learn what to expect from the new migration restrictions and what it means for your organisation.

On the registration page you’ll also find a link to submit your questions related to this topic. We’ll aim to answer these during the webinar. The question submission deadline is 11 September.
