● Scoping, co-ordinating and submitting Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and tenders
● Undertake weekly contract opportunities search for ICR clients and prepare report summaries
● Overseeing the individual procurement process, managing work queues and performance tracking activities
● Identifying opportunities and working with colleagues, Managers and prospective clients generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
● Ensuring tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent research available and best practice; and are compliant with funder requirements
● Providing excellent customer care, responding to enquiries from partners and stakeholders both over the phone and face to face.
